Happy Returns

We pride ourselves on the quality and care that goes into each of our made-to-order 3D printed items. However, we understand that sometimes things don't quite work out as expected. If you receive an item that isn't right, whether it's faulty or doesn't match your order, we're here to help make things right.

Please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your item. While our unique made-to-order process means we can't accept returns on items that aren't faulty, we're absolutely committed to addressing any concerns about items that arrive damaged or don't match what you ordered.

Here's how we can resolve it together:

  • Repair: If it's fixable, we'll do just that.
  • Replace: Can't be fixed? We'll make you a new one.
  • Refund: If we can’t repair it and we are unable to replace the item we'll arrange for a refund.


Shipping Fee’s
We wish we could, but we're unable to cover the cost of return shipping or refund the original shipping fees. But rest assured, we'll do our best to make the process of resolving your issue as smooth and straightforward as possible.
